The Navigation Process

A step-by-step guide

Discovery Call

We meet with the founder or startup executive to understand their funding needs and objectives.

Capital Readiness Assessment

We evaluate where they currently stand:

  • How much capital have they raised?
  • How much do they need, and how will it be deployed?
  • Are they seeking a lead investor or additional follow-on capital?
Materials Review

We meet with the founder or startup executive to understand their funding needs and objectives.

Network Fit Evaluation

Based on our investor network and the startup’s positioning, we determine if we can be a valuable connector.

Strategic Debrief

We provide a structured assessment of next steps and alignment.

Engagement Agreement

If there’s a good fit, we send over our agreement for signature.

Investor Outreach Begins

Once signed off, the team at Pickworth GTM will do the following:

  • Educate our network on the opportunity.
  • Prioritize outreach to investors who align with the founder’s vision and stage.
  • Feature the company in our monthly investor newsletter, distributed to 800+ active investors (VCs, angels, and family offices).
Direct Investor Introductions

We personally engage relevant investors while distributing the newsletter in parallel.

Progress Updates

We provide routine updates on interest, feedback, and next steps.
